MGoBlue2005: @nipez I use fidelity and I've been happy with them. I rolled my 401k over with them and it was really pretty simple

SamiDredd: Contribute to an insurance company for 15 years, never gets sick but no check for you after layoff. Should be like 401k plan you'd think
